Your files never leave your device.

To email a large PDF, compress it below your provider's attachment limit first: add the file below, pick Balanced, and download the smaller copy to attach. The work happens in your browser, so a confidential contract never touches a third-party server on its way to your outbox.

Email attachment limits in practice

Gmail allows 25MB per message, Outlook.com 20MB, Yahoo 25MB, iCloud 20MB. and corporate mail servers are often far stricter, commonly 10MB and sometimes 5MB. The limit applies to the whole message after encoding, which inflates attachments by about a third, so a "25MB" limit really fits roughly an 18MB file. When in doubt, aim well below the ceiling.

Better than a download link

Cloud links expire, need permissions, and get quarantined by security filters. A compressed attachment simply arrives. Balanced level typically cuts a scanned contract or slide deck by 60 to 90%, which turns most too-big files into comfortable attachments while keeping them readable and printable.

For recurring email workflows

If you regularly send batches of documents, compress them all at once. each file processes independently in your browser. Pair with the Merge PDF tool to combine several attachments into one tidy file before compressing.
